DescriptionPlate with low fired green, yellow, red, brown, black, and gold polychrome decoration featuring a red, green, and yellow-feathered Chinese pheasant with a black head perched on the trunk of a flowering tree. Undulating ground at bottom center. This plate is directly inspired by Chinese 'famille verte' models, known as "à l’oiseau branche."
