DescriptionShort dress with black satin weave silk shoulder straps. Dress is made of off-white silk twill weave adorned with black lace with ribbon and sequins in a swirl pattern. Fitted with darts at princess line in bodice. Hem is asymettical coming higher at the right side and curving down to the left side. Hem consists of a large off-white silk twill ruffle matching the ruffles on the front of this ensemble jacket. Center back zipper and hook and eye closure, back design coincides with that of the front. Interior fully lined in plain weave silk with bust cups and padding in the hem of a synthetic fabric. Hem interior of ruffle has an extra layer of fabric at the rigth side as a modesty piece made of off-white silk twill, lined in white silk below the ruffles. INTERIOR LABEL: "BOB MACKIE"
Bolero-style jacket with large off-white silk twill weave ruffles. One sleeve on the left side of the jacket in black lace and sequins with silk satin weave ribbon. the sequins and ribbon form a swirling pattern over the netted and floral printed lace. The right side of the jacket is sleeveless, with large layers of ruffles that cover the shoulder to the bicep. Back of the jacket is covered in ruffles and heavily interfaced, boned, and has padding for body in the ruffles. Interior of front ruffles are also padded and interfaced. Fully lined in off-white silk plain weave and heavy weight tulling.
Black silk satin weave pill box style hat with black peacock feathers on front and black tulle veil. Hat is adorned with black lace with black silk satin ribbon and sequins in a swirl pattern. Top of hat features bunched peices of white silk plain weave fabric covered by black lace, backed with plastic interfacing. Interior is finished with black lace bias tape around the circumference, hat is also stiffened by an interfacing-like textile. Lined in silk plain weave.
Off-white silk plain weave neckpiece with black lace adorned by black sequins and black ribbon in a swirl design as well as metallic threads. Center back hook and eye closure.
