DescriptionObv: A rectagular medal with a cartuche and wreath at the top containing bust of José Uriburu at the top facing left. Below is a figure of Liberty with a flag and laurel, seated between allegorical figures of History and Law [LEY]. In the center at the bottom is a wreath enclosing a pair of clasped hands before a liberty cap and pole, the wreath surmounted by a rising sun.
