DescriptionPossibly modeled by Josse-Francois-Joseph Le Riche, or Simon Boizot (director of the sculpture atelier from 1773-1780), after a watercolor portrait of the emperor by Giuseppe Panzi, an Italian Jesuit at the court of Qianlong. Figure with small beard and moustache wears a fur hat and long robe with fur collar, standing on a square base, incised "B".
Marks The cursive capital letter "B" is inscribed the top of the base in the proper left front corner. Also marked 17 [?]
