DescriptionShaped oval box with straight sides standing on four scroll feet ending in rococo shells. The sides are flat-chased with scrolls and panels of diaperwork. The top has two hinged covers opening to two chambers, one of which is divided into two. The center has a circular compartment with removable cover with a ball finial. Each cover engraved with the arms of England and France, and one side engraved with initials GB under a ducal coronet.
