Exterior: Design has two figures on each side, palmettes etc. largely obliterated.

The decoration is in added red, with incised details in the figures.
Interior: A nude youth stands frontally, his head turned to look at the phiale in his outstretched right hand. The circular frame consists of groups of four linked maeanders to right alternating with cross-squares.
A and B: On either side are two nude youths; on side B only their lower legs remain. There are palmettes and scrolling tendrils around the handles. On the reserved bottom of the foot there are two small concentric circles in the center and another circular stripe near the edge.
