DescriptionThe exterior of this cup is painted in coral-red, and the interior is done in white ground. The cup was undecorated in antiquity, but on the interior there are remains of a nineteenth-century drawing, now partly removed.
Coral red is what the rare shiny red gloss on the exterior of the cup is called. The occurrence of the gloss is very significant.
