DescriptionThe death of Pentheus. 6 Fragments.
a) Nearly half of the representation. Two maenads grasping Pentheus by the arms. Greek inscription "Pentheus" (Pentheus) to the right of his head, and a third maenad to the left.
b) Fragment of a maenad Galene. She holds a leg of Pentheus. Greek inscription 'Galene' (GALENE) in retrograde to her left.
c) Lower part of a maenad.
d) Bit of drapery and part of a leg of Pentheus.
e) Upper part of a head.
