DescriptionOn the back: central ridge and four groups of three relief bands. On the catch-plate, within zigzag line border: A: Three birds above a galley going to the right. Two fish to right below. B: Horse (?) to left, with a bird perched on his back. The plate is broken and repaired. Dark green patina.
ProvenanceBy 1964: with a dealer in Athens (said to be from Athens); purchased by MFA, March 11, 1964
