DescriptionFragment of stone statue with head and upper torso remaining of a young Queen Hatsheptsut; slightly battered uraeus cobra on forehead; likely shows Hatshepsut prior to assuming the kingship of Egypt; likely originally from a standing pair statue; possibly inspired by Middle Kingdom sculptural models.
