DescriptionFinely featured head and right shoulder of female statuette. Striated wig with evidence of natural hairline beneath. Two ridges in relief on the right shoulder indicate a cloak. Compare Meresankh 30.1457 torso with cloak.
ProvenanceFrom Giza, G 7530 and 7521. 1928: Excavated by the Harvard University–Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
