DescriptionBronze. Sitter facing dexter, quickly modeled in low relief with monocle, moustaches, wrinkled skin, receding hairline, and sketchy cravat and jacket. Irregularly-shaped plaque also bears inscription: 14 mars/1898, and cipher of sculptor. Reverse marked
