Description(New York: [J. Henry Hill] 1888) 48.3 cm; 15 pp., plus 12 plates; original publisher's half gilt-stamped black morocco, gilt-stamped dark brown cloth boards.
Published in a very small edition, presumably by J. Henry Hill, the compiler. There is a frontispiece portrait by him of his father, seemingly a combination of etching and roulette. There are 11 plates after the text, including two etchings by John William Hill and nine by John Henry. In addition there are ten photomechanical relief illustrations in the text, reproducing works by John William Hill.
