DescriptionThe ground is of red satin. The design, which is woven with white silk, consists of a medallion enclosing the monogram I. H. S., and a vase of conventional flowers. Springing from the vase at the top of the medallion are cords and tassels. On the lower edge is a border of leaves twisting around a stem. Sewed onto the bottom is a yellow silk fringe.
