DescriptionFirst edition (stated first printing) hardcover with silver lettered spine and lenticular overlay on front cover, includes pop-up castle, paper accordion, pop-up airplane, "The Chelsea Girls" paper disc on a spring, folder paper dome with string, a 45 R.P.M. flexi-disc with portrait of Lou Reed (plays an otherwise unrecorded song by Nico and the Velvet Underground), fold-out illustration of a nose, a pop-up Hines Tomato Paste can, and a tearout sheet of paper to be dissolved in water.
