DescriptionWarp of red wool; design of light and dark blue, green, yellow, red and pink wool and white linen. Design shows a fragmentary roundel enclosing an eight pointed star that frames four crowned (?) female heads, each in one corner and a bird inside a lozenge in each of the other corners; very worn. Design shows Byzantine influence.
