DescriptionWarp of yellow wool; ground of yellow wool. Design in the bands is of blue wool with a touch of violet wool inside the sem-circular area. Much stained.
08.381a: The design in the two shoulder bands consists of medallions, of which three enclose single trees flanked by two animals, one encloses a nereid on a sea creature, and another encloses a human being flanked by two animals. Between the medallions are human figures with raised left arms The area around the neck opening shows similar motifs inside a large semi-circular area.
08.381b: A fragment of a shoulder band with two medallions, one encloses a tree flanked by two animals and the other encloses a human figure also flanked by two animals. Human figures with raised left arms are between the medallions.
08.381c: Fragment shows a medallion enclosing a nereid on a sea creature and two human figures flanking a tree.
