DescriptionNatural colored linen warp; the main border has a deep violet ground, and is divided into diamonds by black, and deep yellow forms. The grounds of the two outer borders are orange, and have designs of ovals separated by groups of dots; woven with light green, light blue, and dark blue wool. Apparently from the same garment as 09.108a and b. The deisgn shows Byzantine influence.
