DescriptionSkirt of two-part evening dress comprising bodice and skirt of cream satin trimmed with lace and ribbons.

Skirt: Full-length; fitted over hips; split at CF with false underskirt trimmed with tiers of lace and two fixed bows of pink, eau-de-nil, and mauve satin ribbon (one at PL knee and one at PR ankle); "overskirt" ornamented with needlelace either side of opening from waist to hem; gored; deep box pleats at rear waist and CB; rear panels extening into long rounded train; CB hook-and-eye closure at narrow waistband with additional hooks closing skirt through placket; attached bustle pad lined with taffeta at CB waist; lined with cream taffeta; lace dust ruffle at train hem.
