This poster by Orazi advertises a theatre dedicated to the American dancer Loie Fuller, considered in her time to be a living embodiment of Art Nouveau, at the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1900. The glittering hues of the poster evoke the multicolored lights of the "serpentine dance" for which Fuller was known.
