DescriptionGround: cream-colored ribbed silk. Design: seven large sprigs of flowers in a row and one on each side above, the center springs (pinks ?) resembling those in the corners. Worked in silks (greens, pale pinks, and a little blue and red) and metal (silver wound on white silk) with satin stitch, French knots, and couching. Narrow border worked carelessly in brown, green, and silver with a fan-shaped motif resembling lace. Rectangular apron, scalloped on three sides. Cream-colored ribbon is run through narrow hem at top. Silk slightly stained creased, and a few small holes.
