DescriptionEvening wrap of neutral rose figured cut and uncut velvet in large-scale symmetrical floral design; sleeves set into back panel and open at elbow, hooked down center front, fullness in deep pleats at center back, center back seam below waist, open neck, front opening edges and sleeves finished with band of gold and yellow glass bead galloon, and pointed panel of yellow glass beads, gold braid and tassels below neck at center back; lined with a rose and gray figured silk; in center back of waist a woven label: "Worth Paris."
