Second Size Metropolitan Piston Engine built in 1906. Diameter of Pump, 4 3/4 in.; Steam Cylinder, 8 in.; Stroke, 8 in. Drawn by two horses, is fitted with rubber tires and weighs, ready for service, 8,500 lbs. Placed in service July 17, 1906. Also Hose-Wagon built in 1892; in service at Station 7 from March 2, 1893, to Dec. 22, 1898. Removed to Station 16, Feb. 2, 1899. Drawn by two horses, carries 800 ft. of 2 1/2-in. Hose. Weighs, ready for service, 3,340 lbs. Company consists of 1 Capt., 1 Lieut., 3 Hosemen, 1 Engine-Man, 1 Hose-Driver, 1 Engine-Driver.
