DescriptionPorcelain with ormolu base, mid 19th century. Perched on low tree stump and mounted on square ormolu base. Decorated with green head and back with white neck and belly, red eyes, gray-brown beak, polychrome wing plummage, and gray-brown claws.
Marks Wheel in iron-red on underside of base & Samson mark in underglaze blue on base under tail.
