Reverse: Colonnaded courtyard with façade at center; inscribed above, at proper right, and in exergue.
InscriptionsObverse: Inscribed at edge "LUDOVICUS XVI REX CHRISTIANISS" and under bust "B. DU VIVIER F·".

Reverse: Inscribed above "AEDES ACADEMI·ET SCHO·CHIRURGO", at proper right "N·GATTEAUX·F·", and in exergue "REGIA MUNIFICENTIA INCHOAT/MDCCLXX ABSOL/MDCCLXXIV".
