DescriptionHat; black felted wool with blue felted wool on underside of wide brim. Flat topped crown folds at center front towards side. Very wide brim, with underside of blue felted wool. Black felted wool hatband at base of crown. Large black felted wool feather with felted blue wool underside attached inside fold on crown. Double row of topstitching 2-3" from brim edge for support wire insert. Black grosgrain sweatband. Elastic strap.
