DescriptionHat; black straw with lace trimmed brim, lace and straw bow on top of crown. Shallow dome shaped crown extends into wide brim. As there is no demarcation between crown and brim, the shape of the hat resembles a flared bowl. Stiff black lace covers the crown and the edge of brim. The lace design is triangular, with the points extending outward. The top of the crown is accented with a black straw bow. The black elasticized strap is
