Description10 Cents, 1823. OBV: LIBERTY above deminude draped bust of Liberty, with hair loosely bound behind, to right, surrounded by thirteen stars, (six before and seven behind); date below. REV: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around eagle with open raised wings, head turned left; shield on breast, bearing numerous horizontal lines in chief and six parallel bars in base; eagle grasping a number of arrows in dexter talon and an olive branch in sinister talon; E PLURIBUS UNUM on riband behind eagle's head; six clouds above eagle's head, extending from wing to wing and enclosing thirteen stars below. The gray "Star" Frame, with silver beading.
