DescriptionThe four piece dinette set is composed of a tray, teapot, creamer, and sugar bowl. The elongated octagonal tray rests on four stepped feet attached on opposing sides. The sides of the tray rise vertically from a stepped edge to an inversely stepped rim that extends perpendicularly on opposing sides into trapezoidal handles that overhang two of the feet and rise in two tiers. The teapot, creamer, and sugar bowl nestle within the tray. The trapezoidal creamer and sugar bowl flank the square teapot. Each piece has smooth sides that gently taper inward from base to top. Their stepped lids rise in two tiers to a Bakelite handle in the shape of an upright quarter cylinder that is connected to the back edge of the lid's top tier by a rectangular metal step. Strap handles extend perpendicularly from the top edge of each, arcing back to the body and attaching just above the edge of the tray. The lids of the teapot and creamer are hinged at the back near the handle while that of the sugar bowl lifts off. The teapot has a triangular spout that attaches to the body directly beneath the top edge opposite the handle.
