NOTES
[1] At the time of acquisition, this was said to come from a private collection, Switzerland. The Kleinberger stock card, however, records that it was "bought from M. Spink 'ETAMA'," that its previous owner was Mr. Anthyne St. Paul and it came from the church of St. Pierre, Moissac. Kleinberger actively bought from dealer C. Marshall Spink.
