DescriptionThe spoon has a fig-shaped bowl and a slightly tapering hexagonal stem. The finial depicts Saint Jude holding a long cross in his right hand and a book in his left. The bowl and stem of the spoon are forged from a single piece. The apostle figure and nimbus are each cast separately and applied. The gilding has been renewed.
