Marks Under one side of the buckle, maker's mark JA in an oval (sim to Grimwade 1769 but in an oval). Under the other side of buckle, lion passant; sovereign's head; date letter Q (1811/2). On the flap of the buckle, maker's mark mostly obscured W (probably WE, like on 22.51, Grimwade 3101); lion passant.
