DescriptionPresented to J. C. Batellier de Vitry-sur-Marne, second year of the Republic. Sèvres porcelain, octagonal form with red marbleized surface at sides and oak leaf decoration; dial painting in red, black and gold; red cap and other modern bronze gnomon.
