DescriptionAn evening dress in two parts; of yellow moiré; (a) bodice with wide flaring neck, laced down center back, coming to deep point in center front very short sleeves, sleeves and neck trimmed with pleated yellow satin ribbon and silk fringe (fringe now tan, originally probably yellow); (b) skirt full with fullness in pleats except at center back where it is gathered into waistband; bodice lined with white linen, skirt lined with white glazed cotton. Said to have been worn by the Parker ladies.
