DescriptionStanding figure with pins for attachment inserted in the base. Solid cast in one piece, chiseled and mercury gilded. John, with short curly hair and his head tilted back slightly, stands in a similar pose, wearing a gown with standing collar below which his feet are visible. A cloak slung over his right shoulder and arm is pulled across his back and up under his left arm. The face has large round eyes, a wide nose and an open mouth. Set with Statuette of Virgin (52.60).
