DescriptionOak with rosewood veneers, 2 deep drawers with scenic lacquer doubly framed in ormolu, lower has shaped skirt with ormoulu wreath & crossed quivers. On tapering feet with acanthus ormolu. Sides shaped in section with ormolu framed lacquer (18th century Chinese) landscape. Rounded corners incised below pendent flowers in ormolu. Wreath handles enclose ormolu flowers. Shallow top drawer has guilloche of flowers in ormolu matching design at sides. Shaped marble top, molded edge. Signed on left rear post.
