DescriptionRed robed and sashed figure, ermine cuffs and lining of cloak, stands on marble square base (repaired) gilded caduceus on corner; white pedestal partially off base, supports yellow book on which his left arm rests, scroll in left hand (repaired). Based on an engraving by Ravenet after an oil painting by Reynolds.
