DescriptionOne of a pair of parrots with high-fired polychrome yellow, green, blue, and red decoration resting on a rockwork base in the Chinese style featuring stylized flowers and interlaced vegetation. The yellow underside of the bird has green and red feathers and the wings are predominantly green and blue. The eyes consist of several concentrated colored circles and the beak is green and blue and pierced with two holes. Signed CK and attributed to either Cornelis Aaelbrechtsz Keyser or De Dissel Factory.
