DescriptionSquare scarf with blue border. White octagon with red border and the words "FUME LIBRE: NO BELLES COULEURS FLOTTERONT SUR LA CATHEDRALE DE STRASBOURG" written in red capital letters. Signed "LE CLU" in black (also in border of octagon). In the center of the octagon are crests, cross of Lorraine, shields, etc.
