DescriptionCircular base, reeded daisy design on four supports of horizontal band encircling globe. Pin which releases two upper quarters of globe missing. Blue glass sand shaker with pierced metal top and blue glass ink bottle with metal top. Coat of arms (Hickling??).
InscriptionsNo marks. Engraved on one of the top pieces of the globe, an unidentified coat of arms: three lions' heads rampant facing left (dexter?) above alternating stripes of argent and polka dots (I couldn't find any tincture identification). The crest is a leaping fox or other anatomically strange creature. (this isobviously KW's blazoning so don't take it seriously!).
