DescriptionFigure of matrimony, mate to figure of Liberty (65.1781). Base has sheep with leaf on back at left; waist-high wall with blue fountain at right. Standing figure in pink shoes, white dress, gold hem and pink design above. Pine-lined yellow peplum, blue-laced bodice with pink reverse, holds brown bird-cage with blue ribbon at hip in right hand, flower below. Blue scarf, yellow hat with pink facing, blue ribbons. Hands mended and head reattached.
