DescriptionFinch on branches of white tree stump with applied flowers and leaves. Head turned slightly left, wings closed. Head bright blue, throat puce, eyes black,beak brown, green back, wing tips and tail band blue, red, and yellow. Feet and lower legs gray. Overcast Fluorescence. Evidence of faulty or re-firing.
