DescriptionKnife box with hinged lid (one of a pair, with RES.27.84). Inlaid edges and shell design in center of cover. Silver keyhole and shield engraved edges and 'H' in script. Shaped front, three molded feet. Inside: inlaid star in center of cover spaces for 24 small and 24 large knives and 4 carvers. Late 19th-century copy of a Sheraton form.
