DescriptionChinese for export. [One of a] Pair of covered vegetable dishes. Rectangular, almost straight sides fluted at corners taper to flat bottom with small baseband. Ornament inside. Shaped domed cover, inset, has pierced gilt cone finial, leaves in pink & gilt.

Each painted in blue enamel and gold on the interior and cover with the initials "JVP" within a medallion and surrounded by a leafy vine band, the rim gilt with a trellis diaper border edged with husk, star and upright leaftip bands, each covered with pinecone knop.
