DescriptionWhite. Octagonal base with applied flowers and leaves. Seated on tree stump, high crowned medium brimmed hat loose clothers, falling stockings. Bagpipes at left holding pipe in both hands, feet crossed. Unmarked. Underside of base soled, small hole in center, dry edge.
