DescriptionThe stag stands on three feet with its mouth open. One hound has climbed uponthe stag's back and bites his ear. Another hound, lying on its proper right side, bites the front proper left leg of the stag. A third hound, whose body is partially obscurred beneath that of the stag, bites the proper front right leg of the stag. All three hounds wear collars with buckles and have long, curled tails. There is one crack in the proper right anteler of the stag. The sculpture is bolted and sautered to the base.
