Catalogue Raisonné Yokohama Mus. of Art, Fascinating J. Woodcut Prints (2014), #6; Salter, Japanese Popular Prints (2006), pp. 69-71, fig. 62
DescriptionVarious signed inscriptions are printed along the upper ("east") edge (i.e. upside down in this photo). One has the date given for the print, but none appear to identify the artist or publisher. The 2014 Yokohama catalogue attributes the work to Sadahide.
The impression illustrated in Salter has an extra piece, apparently glued around the central arc, that represents the lip of the crater in three dimensions.
