DescriptionBrocaded in tinsel, silver wire wound on a silk core, frisé silver yarn and polychrome silks on a rose colored figured silk ground. In the center, a wavy ribbon-like motif with large floral sprays in silver and silks slanting alternately to right and left. On each side, a zig-zag border in silver with small single flowers. Composed of two pieces. Selvedge on one side of four cords and a narrow stripe. Very soiled, stained, faded, worn. Silver tarnished.
