DescriptionCape of white muslin arranged in horizontal bands, the three lower ones with design of interlacing ribbon and floral serpentines, wide upper band or yoke and turned back collar embroidered in design of ribbon serpentine with elaborately stylized blossoms springing from serpentine to left and right, buttoned down center front, collar edge, bottom edge, and dividing lines between bands trimmed with flounce of bobbin lace, flounce of different lace down both sides center front.
