DescriptionA skirt of white taffeta trimmed with three deep flounces of white taffeta appliqué on net in flowering vine design with pinked scalloped edges, skirt full all the way around, with front and side fullness with pleats at waistband, gathered at center back. (Skirt said to have been worn by the Parker ladies.)
